Exploring the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3 leads Lone Wanderers to many historic ruins, but few hold as much lore as the National Archives. Located inside the foyer, a special wall terminal presents players with the National Archives Guess and Win challenge. Solving this trivia puzzle rewards you with a prize voucher that can be redeemed for valuable consumables.
